Our cool 'zine about the holidays with family

We enjoyed a morning tour at the pet groomers in Keene, Doggone Beautiful. It was a one on one time to ask questions and find out exactly what goes into a pet grooming business. We also got to see a dog being groomed too. What a cool opportunity!

Our new project book that we started today. Somehow it's easy to pass over the spiritual side of an education, one of the most important aspects to being human....we've gone to the UU Church a little bit in the last years....but lately I've had an urge to delve into more spirituality education in the home and become closer with nature, and it starts here with this book...we are also delving into the book below.....

 We had the neat opportunity to meet the author, Clare Walker Leslie. This is a
perfect book for kids of all ages, although basic. It walks the reader through each
season and month and gives a chance to get out and connect w/ nature even in the cold
of Jan.

This is the start of our timeline taking up our kitchen wall.....right now we have a trilobite, Marie Curie, Jane Goodall, and the years when Tova and Jasmine were born. Soon we hope to have some historic events and many more notable people....stay tuned.....

 It was so sweet: we received a thank you card from Lynn at the Nature Museum today.
She was thanking us for volunteering at the museum in 2013. I didn't expect a card
in the mail from her. We really enjoy helping out this small humble museum!!!!!
