of the best writing books I've come across in our years homeschooling:
"Don't Forget to Write," by 826 National, a non-profit organization.
This one is geared for ages 5-12, and their second book is geared toward 11 and up. It's not like most hum-drum boring writing books offering mediocre assignments that barely spark an interest in children. This book REALLY fosters creativity and a passion for writing! We love it! We are still tackling the activities in this book. Once we're done we'll be moving on to the second one. Can't wait! |
